A hundred percent Mexican recipe that you will win guaranteed meals! And all the more so, as is also super easy to make! Plus you can vary the filling to your heart! I opted for the beef fajitas, which I served with guacamole, sour cream and sweet chili suace. It was crazy!
- 2 large bell peppers, one green, one red,
- Guacamole, prepared from: 1 large avocado, 1 small onion, 1 tomato, 2 cloves of garlic, juice of half a lime, 2 tablespoons olive oil and salt so: I cut the avocado in half, pulled pit and the core and threw it in the blender, along with onion, garlic, lime juice, olive oil and salt. I passed it up to homogenized, then incorporated into the resulting paste, diced tomato pulp to small.
And now let's get to the main ingredient: Beef. This should marinate for at least two hours. I left it in super flavorful marinade, ffc Worcestershire sauce made of olive oil, spices tex - mex and lime juice, about 8 hours. In fact, before leaving for work, I threw in a bowl all ingredients listed above with sirloin of beef, I massaged it well, then cover the bowl with cling film and left it in the fridge till 17, when I got home eager to prepare a quick and delicious dinner.
In the same skillet, I browned and vegetables after I added a tablespoon of olive oil. Vegetables ffc should not be soft, but slightly overlapped. I do not think I left them on fire more than five minutes.
