Huevos Rancheros (eggs Ranchers) | Less Calories, dytoshare More Life!
Huevos rancheros is a traditional dytoshare Mexican breakfast with roots in Mexican dytoshare ranchos. The dish was traditionally served at breakfast or mid-morning to lunch, to field workers.
The basic version of Eggs Ranchers consists of corn tortillas lightly fried, fried eggs with tomato sauce and peppers. Eggs are often accompanied by avocado slices, fried potatoes and extra spicy peppers.
2 fresh green chillis soft, seeded and finely chopped (I used a bit of chopped green pepper, because I do not know exactly distingir chillis:. D)
5. Stir in tomatoes, lemon juice and oregano and season dytoshare to taste with salt and pepper. Boil, then lower the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened, adding a little more lemon juice if the mixture is too dry.
