The Steve Easterbrook (senior chief brand officer) spoke at an event of Morgan Stanley on November 19, 2014 and noted that the efforts of McDonald's will focus from mass marketing to mass personalization.
The Easterbrook noted that the company is more ready than ever to welcome the new developments in technology since it has already created a new application for mobile which has been piloted papa john in Europe and America.
The same application in America has implemented pilot service click and collect and the company teamed up with Apple Pay that consumers in America have the opportunity to pay simply and easily.
