Whereas yesterday I, along with another 12 girls took part in the "green cucumber" (our nickname svaigēdaju the pending "for parties") cooking event, zucchini noodles with a delicious sauce earned all the praise. The funniest thing that I am not the one eating the thought that really tastes very similar to pasta with minced piza meat sauce :)) The recipe is quite common in the summer preparing yesterday telling the girls, and it was this piemirsies also a "trifle" as to make tomato :) And the end result turned out to be even more tasty. Long live taste ekperimenti! Zucchini, cut into thin strips (I do so with the peelers) and place in a bowl and pour a little oil (I used olive oil at home, others svaigēdaji piza recommend canola oil), mix and allow to infuse for a few minutes, then zucchini becomes softer. Sauce made from one red pepper, 1/2, or 2/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, half handfuls piza of basil, two tablespoons of the oil that is used for noodles, one clove of garlic piza or less (depending on how strong garlic). Grind it all in the food processor with the S blade. Another cause may be present Kaljennas pepper, oregano, salt. They both yesterday we did not use, the salt will be replaced by more sun-dried tomatoes. Then pour this sauce noodles stir, allow to infuse for a few minutes and then eat. Is also serves noodles on a plate and pour the sauce separately. The original recipe was placed present in tomatoes, but we do without them tasted quite good :) In order for you to succeed just as delicious and even better :) Small adds the noodles prepared immediately after preparation piza to neatsulojas, dressing alone though may be stored in a closed container until Three days in a refrigerator.
